Important to know:

• Free delivery on orders from €49.
• Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day; later orders – next business day.
• Saturday delivery available in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, and Alytus.
• Tracking link is sent by email once the package is handed to the courier.
• All shipments are insured: in case of loss, we will refund the full amount or send a replacement.
• If the package is not delivered due to customer-related reasons, Sportpoint reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same business day. Standard delivery times:

• Lithuania – 1–2 business days
• Latvia – 1–2 business days
• Estonia – 2–3 business days
   

How long does it take to prepare an in-store pickup?

Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are prepared the same day. You’ll be notified by SMS when ready for pickup.
 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes – once the package is picked up by the courier, we will send you a tracking number and link by email.
 

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Saturday delivery is available in major Lithuanian cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Alytus). We do not deliver on national holidays.
 

Can I pay in cash upon delivery?

Yes – cash or card payment is available upon delivery or pickup. This service costs an additional €3.
 

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, if the package hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or call +370 616 85333.
 

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

1. When receiving the order, document the damage in the presence of the courier – take photos of the packaging and affected areas.
2. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with the photos and your order number.

All shipments are insured – we’ll either refund your order or send a replacement.
 

Can I receive my order in parts if some items are out of stock?

Usually, we ship orders in full to avoid extra delivery costs. If part of the order is unavailable, we will contact you to find the best solution (partial shipment or wait).
 

Do you ship internationally? What are the costs and timelines?

Currently, we deliver to Latvia and Estonia:

• Free parcel locker delivery from €99.
• Delivery time: 1–2 days (LV) and 2–3 days (EE).
