Sportpoint offers 2 types of gift vouchers:
- E-Gift Voucher – an electronic gift voucher available exclusively in the online store. It is automatically sent to your specified email address within 5 minutes after payment is received.
- Sportpoint Gift Card – a physical gift card packaged in a gift envelope. The card can be loaded with any amount greater than €30. This card is available at the Sportpoint store.
What You Need to Know
- Both the E-Gift Voucher and the Gift Card are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The E-Gift Voucher and the Gift Card can be used for payment on all items except other gift vouchers.
- The E-Gift Voucher and the Gift Card can cover part or the entire total of your shopping cart.
- The E-Gift Voucher and the Gift Card can be used at a Sportpoint store or on the www.sportpoint.lt online store.
Sportpoint E-Gift Voucher Usage Rules
- The Sportpoint E-Gift Voucher confirms pre-payment and grants the voucher holder the right to purchase goods or services according to these rules. The voucher must be presented before proceeding to payment.
- Available E-Gift Voucher denominations are: €15, €30, €50, €100, €150, €200, €300, and €500.
- The E-Gift Voucher can be used for payment for goods or services in the online store or at the physical Sportpoint store (J. Jasinskio g. 14A, Vilnius).
- The E-Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is indicated on the voucher.
- The voucher can be transferred to a third party.
- If the total amount for goods or services exceeds the voucher’s value, the difference must be paid in cash or by card. If the amount is lower, the balance is non-refundable.
- Once used, the voucher is canceled. A voucher can be used for payment only once.
- If the voucher is damaged, smudged, or otherwise altered such that its data (number, amount, or barcode) is unreadable, the voucher cannot be exchanged and no refund will be issued.
- The E-Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- For goods purchased using the voucher, in the event of a return, both the voucher and any additional amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded.
- When purchasing the voucher, a receipt/transfer document is issued. A VAT invoice is not provided.
- Sportpoint reserves the right to change these rules, with notice provided on the website.
Sportpoint Gift Card Usage Rules
- The Sportpoint Gift Card confirms pre-payment and grants the cardholder the right to purchase goods or services according to these rules. The card must be presented before proceeding to payment.
- The Gift Card can be loaded with any amount, but not less than €30.
- The card can be used for payment for goods or services in the online store or at the physical Sportpoint store (J. Jasinskio g. 14A, Vilnius).
- The card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the card or its packaging.
- The card can be transferred to a third party.
- If the total amount for goods or services exceeds the card’s value, the difference must be paid in cash or by card. If the amount is lower, the balance is non-refundable.
