Prepare the surface:
Stick a sheet of paper onto a hard, flat surface so it doesn’t slip. -
Stand in position:
Stand on the paper with your feet shoulder-width apart and your weight evenly balanced. Only one foot should be on the paper. -
Mark your foot length:
Ask a friend or partner to help you. They should mark two points:
– The tip of your longest toe
– The outer edge of your heel -
Measure the distance:
Step off the paper and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance between the two points. This is your foot length. -
Repeat with the other foot:
Repeat the process with your other foot. It’s normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other. -
Choose the right size:
Use the longer of the two measurements and match it with the size chart.
If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
