When should you use energy gels?

In moments when a convenient energy boost is needed. During intense exercise lasting more than 90 minutes.

Can I use gels while playing basketball?

Yes. The use of gels is not dependent on the type of sport. They provide energy during intense activity, whether you are playing basketball, football, running long distances, cycling, or snowboarding.

Can children consume energy gels?

Not recommended for children under 16 years and pregnant women.  

• Consume before or during training/competition, recommended 1–3 gels per hour.
• Drink water if needed, especially when using more than one gel per hour.
